Return & Refund Policy

At Rawpockets, we want you to love what you stick on your walls. However, if something’s not quite right, here’s how returns work:

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Stickers must be in original condition—unused, unpeeled, not applied or tampered with in any way.
• Custom orders are not returnable under any circumstances.

Return Process

1. Email us first at manashclothing@gmail.com to request a return.
2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
3. This RAN must be clearly mentioned on or inside the return package.
4. Send your return to the following address: Rawpockets – Return, 5H1, Annur Road, Karumathampatti, Tamil Nadu 641659

Refund Info

• Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
• Once we receive the returned item and confirm it’s in perfect condition, we will initiate the refund within 2 business days.
• It may take 4–7 days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank.
